PLEASE READ the Cancellation Policy:

  • A $25.00 cancellation fee applies for cancellations before April 19, 2007.

  • From April 19 onward, sorry, no refunds; you have to pay anyway.

  • You are welcome to send someone else in your place; just let the CMI office know.

  • Excepting a full refund of your registration fee, the CMI is not responsible for any of your expenses should it become necessary to cancel the meeting.
