The CMI website ( http://www.cmiae.org ) was designed with the primary goal of disseminating information about ecological research within the Columbia Basin. CMI does not use software that records IP addresses, nor does the site use cookies to transfer data between our server and individual computers.Abstracts and speaker or instructor contact information (name, affiliation, postal address, and phone number) will be posted within the CMI website. Speakers wishing not to have their contact information posted may choose to do so when submitting their information. Summaries of CMI events are posted on the CMI website, but these summaries do not include participant lists. Hyperlinks to other websites are present on the CMI website. Those websites are independent of CMI. Be sure to read their privacy statements before submitting personal information in those locations. CMI transmits regular email updates to its members via email. This is done through a blind carbon copy process to protect the privacy of each member’s email address. June 2004 |
