*A $50.00 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your registration before September 4. From September 5 onward, sorry, no refunds unless we can fill your space from a wait list. The cancellation fee will be retained even if we can fill your space from the wait list. The CMI is a small organization that cannot absorb the cost of lost registrations, and our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

If the course is cancelled the Columbia Mountains Institute is not responsible for any costs other than a full refund of the registration fee.
