*A $50.00 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your registration before April 9. From April 10 onward, sorry, no refunds unless we can fill your space from a wait list. The cancellation fee of $50.00 will be retained from your refund if we can fill the space. The CMI is a small organization that cannot absorb the cost of lost registrations, and our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

If the course is cancelled the Columbia Mountains Institute is not responsible for any costs other than a full refund of the registration fee.
