The CMI uses the services of PayPal's secure payment centre and does not see your credit card information.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay your registration fee. When you are at first of the PayPal pages, please choose the PayPal link that says "Pay with a credit card". It's not very conspicuous!
If you are having trouble using a corporate credit card: When you are at the PayPal page where you enter your credit card number, be sure that all information on the page matches what your bank has on file for your card.
